The H2earth
Institute |
 |
|
Established in late 2006, the Institute is an
independent research and educational foundation
dedicated to the rapid technical advancement and popular
acceptance of waterfuel technologies. The
Institute is a Charter Member of the Hydroxy Energy
Association, and is providing administrative and
logistical assistance in its formation. To visit
the Institute's website, please click its logo, below.

Through
its companion research foundation
The H2earth
Institute,
the waterfuel industry will be able to
Sponsor
engineering research toward further development and
understanding of primary waterfuel technologies, and
those enabling technologies which facilitate the broader
use of Hydrogen-on-Demand systems in residential and
automotive applications.
Provide a
joint forum (with the Association) for the
collaborative, cross platform development of technical
standards, where appropriate, to facilitate safety,
reliability, and interoperability in waterfuel based
systems technology.
Conduct
high profile public events demonstrating the viability
of practical waterfuel technology, as a competitive
alternative to traditional sources of energy.

Introduction
From Washington, D.C., the
capital's newest special interest group for business,
The
Hydroxy
Energy Association
for Renewables in Transport
& Homes,
is the global trade association for manufacturers, distributors, system
integrators, retailers, consultants, installers, and service providers
supporting the emergent waterfuel industries of the 21st Century.
As presently envisioned, The Hydroxy Energy Association ("HEARTH") will:
-
Conduct public policy
research, formulation, and advocacy, before the U.S. Congress, the
United Nations, foreign Parliaments, multilateral international
bodies and NGO's, and state/provincial legislatures to challenge and
remove barriers to the practical widespread adoption and
implementation of new environmental energy technologies.
-
Represent the emergent
waterfuel industries in applicable regulatory fora, to ensure fair
treatment for new energy technologies in comparison with traditional
sources, which have historically benefited from government
subsidies, tax advantages, and research attention from the national
civilian and military laboratory establishments.
-
Organize and support the legal
defense requirements of all waterfuel vendors with judicial
challenges to any litigation that may be brought to hamper the
introduction of waterfuel products and technology.
-
Provide a public clearinghouse
for the latest information on waterfuel technologies for the average
consumer, and promoting the greater availability of practical, safe,
and reliable Hydrogen-on-Demand fuel systems products for automotive
and residential applications.

Welcome!

Noah Seidman, CEO/Water Fuel, LLC
Systems Integrator/New York
Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to the new home of the rapidly burgeoning
Waterfuel industry. We expect fantastic growth to continue in this
field through 2009, and look forward to establishing a national
representation for its pioneers, commensurate with the importance of the
technology.
The HEA hopes to build a coalition of both
technological and market leaders within the sector, and to establish a
cohesive infrastructure to support its development, on par with those of
the Electric Power, Petroleum, Natural Gas, Coal, and Nuclear
industries.
While still in its infancy, waterfuel technology is
nearing an explosive breakout, which will transform everyday life on
this planet (and, we hope, by arresting runaway Climate Change, the
planet itself). Come with us on this magnificent journey.

Our Grassroots Connection
To become personally involved in the development,
demonstration, and advancement of emerging energy technologies,
The Waterfuel Association
provides both activists and hobbyists with local forums through which to
participate in face-to-face activities.
Building a network of community chapters in both metropolitan and rural
areas, in countries around the world, the WA will give voice to
thousands of people working toward a carbon-free future. The
HEA hopes to build a strong working relationship with the WA on matters
of mutual interest, such as pending legislation, a Watercar entry in the
Automotive X-Prize competition, and other joint waterfuel demonstration
projects. |
